Smoke Media is always looking for new members. You don’t need any special skills or experience, and we don’t ask for applications or conduct interviews. We don’t care about your course or campus. As long as you’re excited about creating quality programming and local journalism, that’s enough for us!

Our alumni have gone into careers with the BBC, Global Radio and many more top-tier employers, and we invite these alumni back for regular events.

If you review a gig, film or play for us, we can often arrange free press tickets for you and a friend. There’s also plenty of chances to interview your favourite artists.
